My name is Kasper Buchen, I'm 20 years old and I am the founder of Anascone.
At Anascone we use the highest quality ingredients to take the traditional pastries and turn them into guilt-free snacks that can be eaten at any time of the day. We work hard to prioritize overall health and taste. At Anascone we produce low-calorie, gluten-free, fiber-rich, low-sugar, and protein-packed baked goods, and our recipes are all gut and Heart-healthy (low sodium + low cholesterol + rare gut-health promoting natural sweetener allulose + organic oat fiber). We make sure to keep the traditional classic characteristics of scones and cookies in our products; while reducing the calories by 50%-75%.
We use the best quality (minimal) ingredients to ensure you feel good about eating this healthy snack. All of our products are gluten-free…but unlike nearly all gluten-free products, ours aren’t dry…in fact, they are quite moist.
My idea for my product started 4 years ago when I started my weight loss journey and lived in the kitchen… making low-calorie, and healthy creations. I experimented with different recipes over the years because I didn’t like how the diet culture was and I didn’t like the taste of low-calorie protein products. My mother's baking inspired me. I tried making her recipes lower calorie until one day she started making scones. After making my first batch of low-calorie scones, my family at first, and soon my friends were impressed by what I was making… I decided to start my own business.… and SHARE this product WITH YOU…
As an undergraduate student studying biology and having worked in a lab that focused on fat metabolism and preventative diabetic measures I have had an immense interest in taking the prevention of diabetes and other metabolic diseases seriously.
